Plain Methi Dudhi Thepla
So here is an Easy recipe for all types of theplas (Indian spicy flat bread) Methi( fenugreek), Dudhi (bottle gourd) etch thepla with this easy step by step guide
Ingredients for Making Theplas
1 cup Wheat flour (roti atta)
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sour curd or thick buttermilk (Dahi or chas)
Salt to taste
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp coriander-cumin powder (dhana jeera powder)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)
¼ tsp Cumin seeds (whole Jeera)-optional
¼ tsp sesame seeds (white til)-optional
For rolling the Theplas:
Whole wheat flour or all purpose flour
For cooking
2 tsp oil for each thepla
For serving:
Curd or pickle .
Theplas with tea is a good Choice too.
Method/procedure for making Theplas at home:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Use buttermilk while Kneading into a soft and smooth dough.
